Dash of Colour

Dash of Colour, Lodge Park, Frimley, July 2026. A five kilometre walk, jog and run for Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care. Everyone starts in a white shirt and nobody finishes in one. Powder paint goes up at every station and the field disappears into it. What stays with you is not the colour but the reason people turned up.
